X1 Media City has exceeded expectations on multiple fronts. The location is outstanding. close to transport, shops, and MediaCityUK making it ideal for tenants. But what really impressed me was the quality of the final build. Unlike other developments I've seen, everything was completed to a high standard with no snags. That alone is worth recommending. I've had consistent rental income since day one and plan to hold long-term.
