Shockingly Bad

Useless, say they tried to deliver, but clearly don't even bother coming to door. When the delivery person was close (on the map), I went downstairs into the apartment building lobby and waited, and waited and waited and got a notification of "missed delivery".

Absolutely ridiculous. When the package did arrive, after two "failed" attempts, the box was battered beyond belief.

Ridiculous. If you're gonna be a delivery business at least do what you're paid to do and deliver packages. If your couriers can't even be bothered to even ring the door bell then you have a real problem on your hands!

Amazing Site!

I've won some serious wins through Slots Temple thanks to their fairer and higher pay out rates. I once won something like £280.00 on landing wilds on King Kong 3 and that wasn't even a bonus win!

I also love the fact you can try out the slots first before committing any real money, to see what the features and bonuses are like.

Really enjoy the Tournaments and mini rewards and prizes, that's such a unique and awesome way of engaging your players.

Cheap & Cheerful

Wayfair is a great site with affordable options for furniture and furnishings. We ordered a computer desk, and although it was easy enough to put together, some of the parts didn't fit together.

Overall good experience.

Great Option for those with Low Credit Scores

I have bad credit, and I've been trying to improve my credit score. Zable accepted my application and although my starting limit is low at £50.00 it gives me a good starting point in rebuilding my credit score and lending history.

The app has a lot of information, but it's easy to understand and read through. The app is really good too, and the sign-up process was really easy to.

Would definitely recommend Zable to anyone wanting to rebuild their credit and credit history!

Perfect Experience

Honestly, first of I don't know why there's so many negative views on here for this company. Ever since Vonder / HCGB took over our building from the previous landlord it's been great.

The building is well looked after, the receptionist is always friendly and willing to help tenants with issues. Sure, some issues aren't resolved instantly, but that's life.

Our tenancy was running out, and myself and my partner just did our renewal with Lee. Lee was really responsive, and quick at responding. Walked us through the process and to be frank it was the easiest experience in terms of tenancy renewal we've experienced. Far better than the previous landlord's renewal process.

No headaches, and no stress... Thanks Lee for all your help and assistance! 5/5 Stars!

Worst Account Set-Up!

Possibly the worst experience for setting up a new account. I wanted a new bank account, to have an account for all my bills. However, upon receiving my current account's debit card - the set up was completely idiotic.

On the website it says to activate the card with the Barclay's App. Once you get the app, it asks for the card's PIN number to activate it. It then says you can view the card's PIN through the website login.

When I logged in and requested to view the PIN it kept sending me error codes. So I had to call the customer service phone number, to get this error code fixed.

After going through an entire wasted conversation and security questions about my issue. The woman on the phone was rude, and sounded completely disinterested in actually helping me.

After telling her my issue. She said I needed to request a PIN in the post. What bank sends a debit card with instructions that completely contradict what this woman said on the phone?!

No wonder traditional banks are losing to the new online banks... They actually seem to have their issues together and care about their customers!

Possibly the worst, introduction I've had to any bank or financial service! If you require your customers to request a PIN in the post at least send it with the card! And sort out your broken app, website and instructions so your customers can actually use the services you allege to provide!

Unexpected Visit

The service overall was good, however, they sent me a letter one day before doing a visit. That's not adequate time for most people to react to something.

They also woke me up from just falling asleep after a night shift, so I wasn't too pleased.

Besides that, their approach is unique for debt collectors. The guy - Paul - I was talking to on the phone was fair and approachable. Talked me through the entire process and discussed the debts and what is owed.

Overall, I'd say this was a better way to approach getting people to pay off their debts. Rather than being intimidated at the door, they appeared to be genuinely trying to help, which is good.

When someone has a mountain of debt to clear, last thing you want them to feel is stressed, intimidate and scared.

This is definitely a winning approach for both the agency but also client.
