Good luck getting a refund if it doesn't fit!
I have never been more frustrated with an online shopping experience than I have with "Lily," who responds to the emails at Soolinen. After receiving items that did not fit well and were cheaply made, I had to spend over $50 to send them back to China. A month later and she is still giving me the run-around about my refund. Her emails are confusing and she asks the same questions over and over, as if she is hoping I will just give up in frustration. It's a terrible way to do business and I caution anyone from shopping with this company.
