I've emailed them twice now since receiving my crappy overpriced phone case. It's a piece of cheap crap I could have bought cheaper on Temu. Both plates are different sizes and the back one is loose. I can't even unlock the phone with the button and fingerprint scanner due to front plate being fatter. I have been ignored twice by them now regarding a refund so I'll be taking it up with PayPal
