Boots App = Crap!
I'm not sure whether I'm reviewing under the correct branding as it's the Boots App that I'm not overly impressed with - placed my order for gifts to go into a hamper for the 29th August, placed the order on the 18th and was told, it was dispatched and would be with me for 22nd August.. Still no sign, nor is the tracking information even received via An Post! So, as of today, I have requested a full refund as it's pointless now (even though I have waited the extra few days like Boots had suggested..). Then to have an email to say the investigation into my missing order would take up to 2 weeks before any potential refund comes my way.. Are you actually shitting me!?
