Poor customer service. Paid next day, sent delayed. No acknowledgment. Slow responses. Send me a return label.

There are several ;
1) Pair of shoes arrived used and faulty
2) I paid for next day, and one the third parcel was delayed - you need to issue a refund for the delivery I paid for.
3) I am trying to return the orders since it was split into 3 parcels, do I need to send separately? I packed order 1 and 2 as they were received b it the return portal is only giving me one label ?
4) one parcel came from Godiva and they have issues with the returns can you look into it and send me the return label for that as well?

Booked on the 27 of may, I cancelled within the cancellation window and I am being challenged that I cancelled within 24h and not a full day, which is incorrect.
3 months and still no refund.
Chased it, and was deducted cancellation fee, despite waiting 3 months for a refund which I still didn’t receive.
