Fantastic Telephone Customer Service
Opening a new joint account online today was in fact an easy operation as the website is very user friendly, but despite that as a couple of “seniors” we thought we had made an error (we hadn’t!). We decided to phone the helpline, expecting to go through menus, music and long waiting times. What a relief to be connected immediately to a really helpful and patient lady who explained everything to us very clearly in a reassuring way, and made it clear we were no trouble at all. We were so impressed with the service, there are many businesses out there who could learn a lot from RCI Bank helpful staff. Thank you very much.
