WARNING – charged €1,200 for damages we didn’t cause, and they ignore our complaints!
After returning the car, we were charged €1,200 for two scratches that AutoOne claims occurred during our rental period. The problem is that the scratches were already there when we picked up the car.
Fortunately, we took photos of the scratches at the time of collection. However, when we tried to contact AutoOne and sent them the photo evidence clearly showing the same scratches, we were ignored and never received a reply.
It feels like an outright scam, and I can only warn others against renting a car from this company.
