Fast problem solving
I just moved from one city to another and whilst ordering, my phone auto changed the address I had put in. This was in the afternoon when working hours were already over so I couldn’t call anyone. I looked up what to do and got referred to their chatbot which then sent the customer center a message on my behalf and the next morning 9am sharp I got a email response. Victoria who wrote the emails was very helpful and responded very quickly (I was quite surprised by how fast) and they sorted out the issue for me no problem. I was positively surprised by how helpful and uncomplicated they were and appreciate the help.
