My dog loves your food

My dog loves your food, but I have issues with the delivery and order arrival. I was told my recent order would arrive on Aug 26, and then was told on the evening of Aug 26 it is coming on Aug 27. On August 27, the delivery company did not buzz my flat to notify me and simply left the box outside my building's main door, where it very easily could have been stolen. The food is good but would appreciate a smoother, more reliable delivery.
