I had a small issue with one panel, it’s a natural product so can happen. The team dealt with it brilliantly, arriving a few days later with a replacement section and installed it promptly.

Friendly and supportive service.

The product is great - alone would be 5 stars. The only reason for 4 star was the delay for delivery, the estimate when ordering was way off.

If the estimates on the website are more accurate now that would make it 5 stars.

The support work delivery and installation was top notch.
