No bots, just Frederik helping a customer out!
I had the my best customer service call ever. No bots. Frederik spent more time than he would have been entitled to, to help me file my claim and solve all my other queries, patiently and solving issues. Wish all service calls to be like this, there would be less problems and frustrations in the world
