Well with my experience so far, im glad they found somone who can relate. They just didnt put me with somone who had experience through a book or course online. Somone who also had outside experience besides being a therapist, know what one went through and how one can take that bad energy and use it towards positive mindset. I can have a bad week and we break it down and see what one can do to overcome that bump in the road.
