I ordered my mules and the wrong pair…
I ordered my mules and the wrong pair of shoes arrived…so had to go through the whole process of buying again and then post the wrong ones back again.
Whereas I got the right ones this time and I love them,I only got refunded for the shoes and not the shipping and the return shipping which put me out of pocket of €30 for something that wasn’t my fault.
The customer service was really good and the refund for the shoes is on the way…I still had to pay for shipping and returns for a pair of shoes I didn’t order.
Cant fault anything else..love my order,shoes are great and comfy.
Not sure if I’d buy online from them again.
