DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I am extremely disappointed with POVISION’s customer service. I placed an order about two weeks ago and decided to call to check on the delivery date. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, making unnecessary slick remarks while I was simply trying to find out when my product would arrive.

After a long and frustrating conversation, I was told my order would be delivered on the 22nd. However, today is the 23rd and my product still hasn’t arrived. When I called again to ask for an update, I was told my order was still processing. This makes no sense—why would an order still be processing if it was promised to arrive yesterday?

Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver on time has left me very unsatisfied. I would not recommend ordering from POVISION based on my experience.
