Lack of Coordination between all the partners
UPDATED 9/2/25: Parker from Driveway took the lead to resolve all of my open issues. He was diligent in running point to resolve the issues stated in my original review.
Original Review: Paid a for delivery from southern California to our home in central California. Would not deliver to our home and had to drive to the dealership to pick it up. Driving home a warning light came on. They made us drive it back to the dealer. They had the car for three days to replace an auxiliary battery and then finally delivered the car. Dozens of calls texts and emails. They had very poor coordination between driveway.com (Portland), the selling dealer, delivery and delivery dealer. No temporary plates on the vehicle (required by CA law). Paid on a Wednesday and did not get the car for eight days.
