I found the customer service sub-par

I found the customer service with this company to be below expectations. Although I contributed to an issue with our order, I felt the representatives were accusative of my mistake and my requests for help in resolving it. We ended up re-ordering our product and paying twice. The second time the product was produced, there was some bleed in the printing process, so a number of the lanyards were not of the greatest quality. In the end the lanyards did the job we needed and were comfortable for the attendees of our event to wear.
