I called Mile Auto after waiting 3 weeks for another carrier to pick up and deliver a motorcycle I sold on Ebay. Vanessa was super kind, courteous and professional. I needed the motorcycle picked up in Wisconsin and was going to Kentucky. After setting things up, the bike was picked up the very next day. It was delivered within 3 days without any problems or issues. Both myself and the buyer were extremely satisfied and the transport driver always communicated with us.
