From the initial on-line enquiry to completion of the job, Lazy Carpets delivered. Gary replied next day and Kerry came out, measured up and quoted within a few working days. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and ended up having the whole of the downstairs re-floored instead of the one area originally planned. Andy and Lucas fitted the floor within a couple of weeks from my initial enquiry. Andy worked at breakneck speed and would not let me settle for shortcuts - he is a real diamond - honest, conscientious and a full-on perfectionist - nothing was too much trouble.
