You wrote in the note that you kept the 12.5 and 15 doses for your customers, but I am also a customer and have been buying from you every month since I started using Monjaro. Now that the prices are going up, you have limited the high doses. I have to continue using Monjaro, but I can't take it now. This is really ridiculous.

Hi Mahsa, we have marked it as out of stock for new customers only. Existing customers can still order. We are limiting the quantity to 1 pen per customer due to stock limitations that are out of our hands. We have also tried to call you today to inform you of this.
