What started as a terrible survey experience was promptly turned around by CPX staff. Within minutes of submitting a complaint about a survey, I received a reply explaining the reason for my experience. That alone was adequate, but even though I did not ask for compensation, they determined it was appropriate and gave it to me anyway.
