Going above and beyond
My outdoor gas fireplace flooded during Hurricane Helene. I needed to replace the liner and ordered them twice through another company. Upon receiving them, the liners were damaged both times. I then turned to US Fireplace who successfully shipped the liners to me by building a wood box to protect them. Thanks for going above and beyond. Will always turn to you for my fireplace needs!
