On knowing we were going to be out when our parcel was delivered I left a note for the driver to leave it with neighbours which he did and inform me which one he left it with which worked well ,simple and effective

Really good service from you, but I couldn't order on line using my debit card so had to phone instead, maybe look into that?but not a huge problem
