Great customer service! Tourist Pre-paid eSim activation issue solved
I’ve purchased a Tourist Pre-paid eSim and initial activation didn’t go well, so I have contacted customer service via a WhatsApp chat (their website). Customer service was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with instructions and eventually reissued an eSim. In 10min the issue was resolved and i could enjoy my very fast 5G mobile internet. Great service!
