horrible Service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from AV PartsMaster.
My first enquiry regarding the Dynascan TV was on 28th July, and from the very beginning I made it clear in all of my emails that this specific model was required for our shoot. Tom Donegan was fully aware of this. I trusted that he understood our needs and, as a result, I stopped looking elsewhere, assuming the booking was in safe hands.
On Friday 15th August, just one week before our shoot, I queried the quote as it listed a ProofVision 65" Aire instead of the Dynascan. Tom confirmed to me at 11:00am that day that we would, in fact, receive the Dynascan.
Since then, I have emailed Tom twice (on Monday and again today) with no response. When I called the AV Parts number today, I spoke with George at 14:30, who informed me that the Dynascan was not available and that nothing could be done to help. This is three days before the agreed collection date.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A simple apology is not enough, as I am now left scrambling to find a very specific and difficult-to-source TV for a shoot that begins in just three days. At the very least, I would expect your team to proactively assist me in locating the correct equipment from another supplier.
Overall, the communication and customer service I have experienced has been completely unsatisfactory and needs serious review.
