Overall, I'm a little disappointed with Infinity with my latest order. It took them over three weeks to despatch my item and had to be prompted for responses to my email enquiries - my experience was the exact opposite when I purchased from them through WhatNot.

Additionally, the item I purchased was marked as "In Stock and Ready To Ship" on the website, but I soon learnt that this wasn't the case from customer support. The items were not in stock and were on their way from the supplier - this likely had something to do with the slow despatch process.

Once my item arrived however, I could see the care they had put into assuring my item arrived safely and securely. The level of packaging materials used was something I haven't seen before, which is surprising considering the amount of collectables I have purchased.

I would consider purchasing from Infinity again, provided the item I am after is actually in stock and ready to be despatched.

Ordered online and received a shipping notice the next day, along with a confirmation email. I received the order within 48 hours.

The item was packaged impeccably. The amount of quality packaging materials beats all of the big name brands. Bits of plastic will be receiving my money again in future.
