Very impressed with end-of-tenancy clean. The cleaners were thorough and worked quickly, leaving the property spotless. Great Service and efficiency!

Failure & Outage SIM card service - (Ticket ID CAS-2355962)

I am formally complaining about the unacceptable 5-day service disruption of my ported number 07xxxx0900 (Ticket ID CAS-2355962). Under Ofcom GC C3.13, you are required to resolve porting issues within 1 working day. I demand: 1. immediate restoration of my service. 2. A full refund for this month's subscription. 3. Additional compensation of£10 per day until resolved. I've been 11/8 from Vodafone transferred to Lebara, 14/8 sudden no signal until now. CS chat room alway requested me waiting for 24-48 hours, till now still no signal, they agreed will send email update the process but It's never receive any email from Lebara. Also I went to Vodafone checked ported in all done at 11/8 this afternoon. Thats Terrible!
