Only bright spot in this firm is their customer service chat and phone channel. They will do their maximum to fix or find someone able to fix the problem or have an answer.
My situation was resolved by an outstanding individual called Hristina. Her answers were fast and accurate. Even though my situation was not solvable by her, she went out of her way to carefully explain and make me feel better about the current situation. Thank you Hristina!
