Just received my order from Charleston Boutique. This dress was available at a lower price at Shein and other China fronted stores. I chose Charleston Boutique thinking it was a USA store even though it cost more. Did not realize the scam this store is until I tried to return it for poor quality and fit. Learned that this would involve customs charges, tariffs, etc. Joke is on me. Will do my homework next time I buy on line from a store I am not familiar with.
