I'm highly disappointed with your high and not-highleited fees. The ticket which cost 13,50 EUR directly at the museum was sold to me for 16,00 EUR without any information that the fee (over 22%!!) is in the price. I'm sure I'll compare next time the price before purchasing online.

Alles war top. Ganze Transaktion was sehr bequem und transparent. Preis ist nicht im 'letzten Schritt' hochgestiegen. Danke.
