Had an issue with my watch after 2 weeks of owning. The watch was sold to me as brand new with a warranty card, but the warranty card was never activated. Which means the watch is not under warranty and will never be simply because to activate i need the original invoice of purchase from an authorized dealter or retailer.
*Update*
The watch was returned and Bezel was helpful, provided me full refund. Guess the watch wasnt meant to be mine, will definitely buy again. Very helpful Staff Jack & Carlos.
