Was sent a horrible top and skirt set that looked gorgeous on the photos.

Firstly, not the same fabric
Secondly, the lace was off to one side, so it looked ridiculous
Thirdly, terribly made - the 'lining' was just long enough to be visible at the top of the slit

I could go on.

The major problem, though, was a big hole where the waistline hadn't been sewn together.

I contacted Mae London for a refund, and after conversing with the lovely 'Julia', quoting the Consumer Act 2015 to her and threatening to go to the Ombudsman, Mae London is adamant that they're sending me a replacement, which I a) absolutely do not want, and b) which violates my rights as a consumer.
