Ordered 2 lamps

Ordered 2 lamps. Self adhesive doesn't work and both fell from wall within 2 days . 1 broke and both damaged paint on the walls. Bulbs need to be recharged twice daily (pointless). Customer support is atrocious, days 1-2 days to respond with generic emails. Offered to send me another adhesive sticker!

Edit following response - I already sent images to customer support of the damage on the walls and that is incorrect you did not offer me a replacement, you offered me adhesive and I don't want a replacement as the product is rubbish!!!!
