I booked for wrong dates but needn't have worried
I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong day. After searching the website I noticed that they can try and exchange and there was a handy little form for this which made it really easy. I got an auto acknowledgement which said I'd hear within 10 days so was a bit worried initially but I needn't have been. In less than 24 hrs Lesley emailed me to confirm that my tickets for the dates and seats I'd requested had been sorted
