Baby milk order hasn’t been delivered for cows milk allergy child. I have rang Boots, and spoke to the most inconsiderate support staff ever. Has no idea what it is to be waiting on an essential item that I can’t buy locally. In fact, this issue has still to be resolved. The postal service have been contacted it and can’t find it. I haven’t been offered a new shipment or a refund as I need to wait basically 3 weeks since ordering. Some of my order (with one of 8 milks in in) did arrive in smashed boxes. So who knows if the remaining cartons will ever arrive. I am so disappointed in boots response to a missing essential item. I have no idea what I’m going to do when it runs out.

Good value products, but whenever I return anything due to quality or sizing I find I have to chase up my refund. They are not recognising or confirming refunds regularly and they need to be contacted (which isn’t an easy process either). I would buy again, but only if I really needed to and would really try to avoid anything that might need to be returned. You also can’t track returns in app which is sneaky to be honest as you need to trawl through old emails to prove postage etc.
