Working with Tyler was like having a calm, cool friend that uses the word “rad” who just happens to be a mortgage wizard. Buying a home can be stressful, time sensitive and packed with deadlines, but somehow he made it feel like I was just hanging out while paperwork magically got done. He kept us in the loop the whole time, answered my calls even when I’m sure he was busy, and somehow made terms like “escrow” and “interest rate” less scary.
