Tyler was seamless from the start. I am a first time home buyer and had loads of questions/concerns. Tyler made sure things were transparent, informative and genuine. I felt safe through-out the entire process and I am beyond thankful Tyler was my go-to person. The loan process was done efficiently and very quickly. Buying a home can be stressful, time sensitive and packed with deadlines, but somehow he made it feel like I was just hanging out while paperwork magically got done. He kept us in the loop the whole time, answered my calls even when I’m sure he was busy, and somehow made terms like “escrow” and “interest rate” less scary.
