The information you are given is valuable for healthy living but waiting for the results was frustrating.
Waiting for test results was a little frustrating. After the time period passed for when I was supposed to receive my results I reached out to Life DNA. Almost immediately I received the results. That tells me they were ready but never sent. Also, the representative who went over the results with me was very nice and friendly but was a little hard to understand and went through the process too quickly. The material was hard to comprehend and I felt a little rushed

While we're glad we were able to send them to you on July 10, when you reached out to us directly, we want to ensure that you're able to receive our emails as those should have notified you that your results were ready two days earlier.
