I’ve been using the MagBak case's for a while now and it’s one of the best cases I’ve had. It holds up really well, gives great protection without being bulky, and the screen protector that comes with it is hands down the best I’ve ever used. On top of that, their customer service is excellent, very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend it.

The customer service and return process are completely unacceptable.

I returned items for an exchange and refund, and it has taken months with no resolution. Every time I follow up, I get a different excuse: in transit for weeks, system delays, warehouse processing issues, or vague reassurances that it is being handled. Nothing ever actually gets resolved.

This is not a one time issue. It is a repeated pattern. The delays and complete lack of accountability are unacceptable. I have even requested a manager's involvement with no success.

If you are planning to return or exchange anything, do not buy from them. Total scam.
