Great Ride, Rough Start
Performance-wise, the bike is solid—light, fast, and handles beautifully. But shipping was slow, and the assembly instructions weren’t beginner-friendly. It took some trial and error to get it set up. That said, once it was ready, the ride totally made up for the hassle. Still, I wish the setup process had been smoother.

Thanks so much for the honest and thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear the ride performance delivered once you got rolling — light, fast, and smooth is exactly what we were aiming for.
We also hear you on the shipping delays and setup experience. Those early challenges helped shape our priorities after taking over the brand. In 2025, we moved operations to Denver, Colorado, and invested $2,000,000 into upgrading the bike and the overall experience — including better packaging, clearer setup guidance, and faster fulfillment.
We’re now launching the much-improved Batch 2, with deliveries beginning in Spring 2026 — and feedback like yours played a meaningful role in getting us here.
