Easy access
I opened new accounts, having had good experiences with RCI in the past. The process is straightforward and the online form is clear. When I later had a query, my telephone call was put through promptly to an actual person who understood the query without me having to explain it. This is a winner in my view. Other providers have been very frustrating, putting computerised AI barriers between me and the answer and having to explain in terms a 5-year-old should understand and then be put through to an actual adult.
4 star, not 5, as the interest rate is not the best.
