Highly recommend ordering from padelproshop


Delivery of a padel racket took 5 days, the process was highly communicatd and package arrived to my door step and well packed.
I'm very satisfied with Padelproshop!!!
Initially ordered 2 months ago from a different website/comp., still waiting for the delivery to arrive...

Extremely disappointed, don't buy with smashinn!!!


I placed an order on Smashinn.com on July 10th, with an estimated delivery date between July 21–28. According to the tracking status, the package arrived in Israel on July 22, but there have been no updates since. I contacted customer service and requested to cancel the order due to the delay, but they refused to cancel it without addressing the significant delay. As of August 5th, the package has still not been delivered, and there is no updated delivery date or useful response from the company. Very disappointing experience. I expect an immediate solution, professional handling, or a refund.

Ongoing Failure and Complete Lack of Accountability – Beware of Smashinn

I placed an order on July 10th from Smashinn, with an estimated delivery between July 21–28. Since July 25th, absolutely nothing has changed. According to tracking, the package arrived in Israel – and that’s where it stopped. No updates, no progress, and no helpful response from customer service.

I contacted their support to cancel the order due to the delay – they refused, avoiding responsibility entirely. Instead of offering a real solution or compensation, they blamed the shipping company. But let’s be clear: Smashinn is the one who selects the shipping provider by default. I had no say in this.

Their reply to my review? A generic, copy-paste message with no personal handling, no accountability, and no resolution.

And it’s not just me – I have two friends who faced the same issue:

One ordered two and a half months ago – the package was lost. Until now, he has received no support, no refund, and no solution.

The other placed an order just last week – and like me, the last tracking update was July 25th, with nothing since.

This isn’t just a delay – it’s a pattern. This isn’t customer service – it’s negligence.

I strongly advise staying away. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – do not order from Smashinn.

However, there are external factors that can affect the delivery of an order, which is why our estimated dates are not exact.

Also, please note that you can always choose between different shipping companies if you are not satisfied with the service of a particular carrier.
