Poor Customer Service

I paid for the certificate online before the check was done based on them advertising - Get Certified the Quick and Easy Way.
It has been 3 days and I have emailed and made numerous calls and still not had anything booked in.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to make payment and then experience delays in getting your appointment booked, especially after making several calls and emails to chase.
