Shocking and disappointing

We stayed at Sandford in Dorset last weekend. It was a basic caravan but what we were able to afford. We didn’t expect 5 star service just a clean and comfortable base. However this was to much to ask for from Park Dean. The floor was so dirty we couldn’t take our shoes off. There was thick dust everywhere. Urine stains on the sofa. Pubic hair around the sink and blood on the duvet. Every radiator was broken and the instructions for the boiler was for a different make and model. When I reported it to the staff. They said they could send cleaners in. I explain that it needed a deep clean and would be left damp from carpets and sofa and she agreed. She said she would speak to the manager and call back. After 4 hours I hadn’t heard back. They said we could move rooms but would have to pay an additional £87!! When I said I shouldn’t have to pay out further money just to be in a clean and working caravan the manager said she would try to get a refund but came back and said the best she could do was change the caravan for £40 extra pounds. Since coming home I’ve put in a formal complaint and got told they followed policy and there’s nothing they can do to make this right. Absolutely shocking. Be careful before spending your money at Park Dean.

Great blinds with stand out customer service!

After having a bad experience with a different blind company I didn’t have high hopes but the blinds are amazing! Great quality! They look amazing but what stands out most about swift blinds is the customer service! I dealt with Paul and he was exceptional a real credit to the company. Highly recommend.
