Disappointed –
I placed an order for a racket two months ago, and to this day I haven’t received it. The company claims the shipment was “lost,” yet they have offered no solution. Every attempt to get a proper response was met with silence & excuses and no one is willing to take responsibility.
I’m not even asking for the product anymore — I just want my money back.
