Charged for a parking fine in Saltburn-by-the-Sea for not paying for parking . The app kept saying error and was clearly down . This was raised !
Receiving debt letters from this company to say I’m ignoring them !
They don’t answer the phone , if I have to sit through one more hour of ‘an agent will be with you shortly ‘ I’ll scream !
The website they provide on the letter also does not load ?
Interesting you press one to 1 to make a payment works !!!!
