Made Whole by US Fireplace Store
First time customer and had ordered some fireplace driftwood logs for my new fireplace. I received the first shipment as promised but unfortunately it had broken pieces. I immediately contacted US Fireplace Store for advice and they responded immediately and sent out a replacement. I received it shortly and again it was broken! They sent a third replacement and it was all intact this time. The whole communication and process was amazing! I would be confident using US Fireplace Store again!
