I had a really good experience with this company and was impressed by their service and communication.

I was able to fully explain the job over the phone when booking the appointment and they even rang me the morning of, to let me know the plumber had a flat tire and might be slightly delayed. I really appreciated their proactiveness, as well as the text with a tracking link when the plumber was on his way.

Martin, who carried out the work, was friendly and professional. He thoroughly discussed the options with me and was upfront about cost. I’m also super happy with the quality of the work he did.

My invoice was sent over promptly, with photo records of the work. I would recommend and will use again in the future.
