I am extremely disappointed with my recent order placed through your U.S. website. At no point was it disclosed that products would be shipped from Spain. Because of this lack of transparency, I was forced to pay $133 in unexpected customs fees upon delivery.
If you are presenting a U.S. website with a U.S. phone number, customers have every reason to believe the order ships domestically. This practice is misleading and unethical.
