As you suggested, I have already contacted you multiple times via email at, but unfortunately, I have only received automated or repeated responses without any real resolution.


I kindly ask you once again to escalate this matter and provide a clear answer and refund. The charge was made without my prior consent, and I am currently unemployed.

Title: No empathy, only scripted responses

Title: No empathy, only scripted responses

I was charged without knowing I had signed up for a paid subscription after a 14-day trial. When I explained my situation, they just kept sending automated replies and refused to connect me with anyone from management.

I understand policies exist, but sometimes human situations need human solutions. I clearly asked for help, explained I didn’t use or need the service, but they ignored that and offered something I don’t want — a free subscription I won’t use.

Very disappointed. Zero flexibility, no empathy.
